<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire capable of suppressing occurrence of uneven abrasion such as heel- and toe-abrasion while improving wet braking performance from beginning to end of abrasion. <P>SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire includes a plurality of blocks 30 formed by main grooves 10 extending along a tire circumferential direction. The block 30 includes a pair of wall surfaces 31 and 32 along the tire circumferential direction. On at least one of the pair of wall surfaces 31 and 32, a projection 50 projecting in a tread width direction when viewed from the tread surface is provided. The projection 50 is formed along a tire diameter direction, and inclined with respect to a normal N along the tire diameter direction from a viewpoint when the wall surface is viewed from the front face.
