PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation procedure execution device, while reducing a burden of an operator, managing an execution sequence of an operation process when an alarm of an apparatus is issued. SOLUTION: An operation procedure execution determining unit 16 performs an operation procedure sequence execution determining process comprising executions of the following steps (a) and (b). In the step (a), in operation procedure-alarm related information D13, the operation process associated with an alarm content of a device in need of alarm that is commanded by alarm issuing device information D12, is determined as an execution-required operation process. In the step (b), when it is determined to perform the execution-required operation process, operation process execution determining information D16 is output. The operation process execution determining information commands the execution sequence between the execution-required operation process and a registered execution unfinished operation process based on the operation procedure-alarm related information D13, and operation procedure execution information 15.
