The present invention relates to a milling machine and a milling method for dehydrated food for milling a food work material into fine particles. The present invention includes a housing having a rotation guide space that is formed inside to accommodate the work material to be milled, a work material inflow port that is formed to communicate with the inside at an upper center of the rotation guide space, and a powder discharge port that is formed to communicate with outside on one lower side of the rotation guide space; a guide pipe that is disposed at the work material inflow port of the housing and guides the work material to the rotation guide space; a hopper that is disposed above the guide pipe to allow injection and supply of the work material to be milled; an upper cutter that is disposed above the rotation guide space, pivots when a motor is driven, and mills the supplied work material; and a lower cutter that is disposed to face the upper cutter below the rotation guide space, pivots in the direction opposite to the direction of pivoting of the upper cutter when the motor is driven, and mills the supplied work material. The present invention is capable of finely milling the work material like a millstone. |
