Provided are a method to transmit M2M data and an apparatus therefor. The method comprises the steps of containing an attribute indicating that a terminal application is a private data and receiving a resource creating request including a destination address of the data; and verifying whether the request is a request for the private data in a network service capability layer receiving the resource creating request.
