FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Ring-shaped device is intended for wearing on sclera surface, has hole for preservation of cornea open, as well as intermediate section between section of internal edge and section of external edge. Section of internal edge has thickness within the interval 0.05-0.3 mm. Section of external edge has thickness within the interval 0.05-0.3 mm. Intermediate section has thickness within the interval 0.08-0.4 mm. Thickness of section with the greatest thickness on intermediate section is 0.03 mm or more larger than both maximal thickness of section of internal edge and maximal thickness of section of external edge. In accordance with another version device can be saturated with medication. Claimed invention is aimed at creation of ring-shaped device, ensuring convenience of wearing and increased stability in intraocular medium in the process of wearing in eye cavity.
