The invention relates to methods for diagnosing glaucoma in a subject based on the determination of the expression level of a panel of serum biomarkers. The invention also provides a method for the differential diagnostic of primary open-angle glaucoma and pseudexfoliation glaucoma in a subject and kits for carrying out the above methods.
