<p>The method involves using a number of sensors as a sensor (30) and determining position of a touch form unit e.g. sphere and cylinder, directly by an image processing sensor. The type and the number of used sensors are selected on respective measuring tasks that are to be solved. A camera of the image processing sensor is selected with high resolution than the resolution of a monitor section that is utilized for image representation. The number of sensors include image processing sensor, switching sensing system, measuring sensing system, laser displacement sensor, separate laser displacement sensor, white light interferometer, tactile optical sensing device, punctual operating interferometer sensor, punctual operating interferometer sensors with an integrated rotation axis and with angled viewing direction, roentgen sensor, chromatic focus sensor and confocal scanning measuring head. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a coordinate measuring device.</p> |
