Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of efficiently distributing and storing access control clients in a network. In one embodiment, an electronic subscriber identity module (eSIM) distribution network infrastructure in which access clients include eSIMs, and which performs uniqueness and preservation of eSIM, prevents bottleneck congestion by distributing network traffics, and provides suitable disaster recovery capacities is described. In one modification, the eSIMs are safely stored in electronic universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) appliances for securing uniqueness and preservation of eSIM. The accesses to the eUICC appliances are performed through a plurality of eSIM storages, which secures distribution of network loads. A permanent storage for archiving and backup among other activities is also described. |
