The present invention relates to a red clay laminate floor and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a red clay floor which has a red clay layer and a manufacturing method thereof. The red clay laminate floor according to the present invention comprises: a film or a board; a honeycomb core plate filled with red clay bonded on the board; and a protrusion part and an insertion part which are formed on opposed sides of the honeycomb core plate filled with red clay, respectively. The red clay laminate floor according to the present invention can easily transfer heat of the floor to the surface by the honeycomb core plate. Moreover, the red clay laminate floor can easily form the red clay layer in such a way that cells of the honeycomb core plate prevent red clay from flowing and make red clay be hardened inside the cells. Furthermore, the red clay laminate floor can prevent a tongue-and-groove joint formed on the side from being broken while the honeycomb core plate supports the red clay layer to process a tongue and a groove, thereby providing convenience in use. |
