<p>The present invention relates to a method for deciding a radio resource control state of a terminal, an apparatus thereof, and a recording medium thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises operating a timer in a terminal if there is no transmission and reception of data with respect to a base station in the connection state of radio resource control; verifying whether the data is transmitted and received from the base station during a predetermined time when the timer is operating; and transiting into a radio resource control idle state even without receiving a radio resource control connection releasing message from the base station if the data is not transmitted and received from the base station within the predetermined time.</p> |
