FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used in other industrial branches. Disperser comprises mixing vessel, drive shaft and mixing tool. The latter is composed of hollow detachable shaft fitted on drive shaft and equipped with our blades secured thereto. Said blades are curved in semicircle and cut at the top fourth ascending from blade edge to attachment point. There are bumper shields arranged at mixing chamber walls at 40-50 degrees to horizontal line.EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding, preliminary hydration and decrystallisation of mineral components and hydraulic binder of the mix for making of pasty binders.1 dwg
