<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sticking to a protective glass even in spatters of particularly large grains. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary body 9 is installed further forward from the protective glass 5 provided on the front face of a laser machining head 1. The rotary body 9 is rotated by the air ejected from an air nozzle 19 for blowing off fumes F and spatters S generated by welding. The rotary body 9 has a large number of through-holes drilled in a disk-like member. At the time of the rotation, spatters S of particularly large grains are sent flying in the periphery of the through-holes, thereby suppressing sticking of the spatters S to the protective glass 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
