<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer work information to all workers without excess or deficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An information management system includes: an information management device for managing work information necessary for plant work in association with an identification key; an information transmission device for displaying common information of the work information that should be transferred to all workers; and a portable terminal 30 that includes an image acquisition part 31 for acquiring image data of individual information that is other than the common information of the work information, an image recognition part 32 for analyzing the image data of the individual information and acquiring an individual identification key of the individual information, and a communication part 35 for transmitting the individual identification key to the information management device. The information management device transmits the individual information associated with the individual identification key to the portable terminal 30.
