MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PRE-FLEX GIRDER USING PRESTRESSING

The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a preflex girder using a permanent load comprising a girder holding step of holding a girder (10) on a holder; a preflexion load loading step of loading a preflexion load (PF) to the girder (10) to generate compressive stress at the upper part of the girder (10) and generating tensile stress at the lower part of the girder (10); a permanent load loading step of loading a permanent load (PS) to the girder (10) to generate the tensile stress at the upper part of the girder (10) and generating the compressive stress at the lower part of the girder (10); a concrete pouring step of pouring the concrete (12) in the lower part of the girder (10); a preflexion load removing step of removing the preflexion load (PF); and a permanent load loading step carried out after the preflexion load loading step, thereby enhancing structural stability because the lower part of the girder under a working load loading condition, in fact, becomes a non-stress condition.
