A heat exchanger for a waste heat recovery system is disclosed. The heat exchanger for a waste heat recovery system comprises a housing divided into a lower section and an upper section in communication with each other, in which working fluid flows; and a plurality of gas tubes connected from an exhaust gas intake port to an exhaust gas discharge port and arranged on the lower section and the upper section. The lower section includes one or more fluid flow spaces which evaporate the liquid working fluid by heat exchanging with the flowing exhaust gas passing through the plurality of gas tubes. The upper section includes a fluid flow space which converts a vapor introduced from the lower section into a superheated vapor by heat exchanging with the flowing exhaust gas passing through the plurality of gas tubes. |
