The present invention relates to a rolling apparatus for a material including: rolling stands horizontally separated for rolling a material; a looper having a contact roller to be installed between the rolling stands, with the ability to move up and down to adjust the tensile strength of the material; a velocity device apparatus for measuring the rotary velocity of the contact roller; a velocity adjusting device for adjusting the driving velocity of the rolling stands based on the rotary velocity of the contact roller; and an attaching roller device for preventing the slip between the material and the contact roller by fixing the material to the contact roller. |
