摘要 Provided in the present invention are a new composition of a mid-temperature high-viscoelasticity modifying agent added to an asphalt binder for the purposes of reducing greenhouse gas and noxious gas generated during production of ascon in asphalt pavement industry, preventing environmental pollution and reducing waste of natural resources, and saving the maintenance cost by improving common properties of pavement and extending the lifetime of pavement, and a method for manufacturing the composition. More specifically, a mid-temperature modified recycled (or new) asphalt concrete compound is characterized by being manufactured by putting 0.5-20 parts by weight of a mid-temperature high-viscoelasticity modifying agent; 10-100 parts by weight of an asphalt binder; 850-987.5 parts by weight of aggregates; 2-50 parts by weight of a filling agent; a small amount of amine-based peeling preventing agent; and a small amount of an antioxidant into a mixer of an ascon plant, and heating and mixing the materials at 80-180°C.
