According to the present invention, a method for fabricating a touchscreen panel comprises the steps of: forming first sensing electrodes connected to each other along a first direction on a substrate, and second sensing electrodes arranged along a second direction crossing the first direction; forming a multiple photosensitive film where a first conductive photosensitive layer, a second conductive photosensitive layer, and an insulating photosensitive layer which have different photosensitivities are stacked in order; forming insulating layer patterns overlapping with a crossing portion between the first and second sensing electrodes by exposing and developing the insulating photosensitive layer; forming bridge patterns, which overlap with the insulating layer patterns and electrically connect the second sensing electrodes along the second direction, by exposing and developing the second conductive photosensitive layer; and combining the substrate with the first and second sensing electrodes formed thereon with the multiple photosensitive film with the insulating layer patterns and the bridge patterns formed thereon. |
