<p>A tool holder for forming a dimple pattern is disclosed. According to the present invention, the tool holder for forming a dimple pattern is used for machining workpieces through two-dimensional vibration formed by first and second piezoelectric elements crossing each other at right angles. The tool holder comprises a first hinge part coupled to the first piezoelectric element; a second hinge part coupled to the second piezoelectric element; a rear hinge part connected to the first hinge part by a first connection part in a direction crossing at right angles in a direction where the first hinge part is coupled to the first piezoelectric element, and connected to the second hinge part by a second connection part in a direction where the second hinge part is coupled to the second piezoelectric element; and a front hinge part positioned in the opposite side of the rear hinge part, connected to the second hinge part by a fourth connection part while being connected to the first hinge part by the third connection part, and having one side to which a cutting tool is coupled. The first hinge part, the second hinge part, the rear hinge part, and the front hinge part are positioned on the same plane. The diameter of the first, second, third, and fourth connection parts is continuously decreased and then increased. The present invention can provide the tool holder appropriate to dimple machining by increasing the whole displacement of the tool holder in the cutting tool while maintaining the whole stiffness of the tool holder using the displacement occurred in the first, second, third, and fourth connection parts in a cutting process.</p> |
