1. A semiconductor circuit, comprising:
a bandgap reference circuit configured to generate a first voltage constant irrespective of temperature; an amplifier circuit configured to generate a bias signal based on the first voltage and a division voltage; a transfer circuit configured to transfer a power source voltage to an output terminal in response to the bias signal; a diode circuit between the output terminal and a first node; and first and second resistance circuits coupled in series between the first node and a ground node, wherein each resistance circuit is configured to have its resistance value varied in response to control signals in order to control current flowing through the transfer circuit. |
