The present invention relates to a manufacturing device of an inner fin in an exhaust gas recirculation device. The manufacturing device of an inner fin according to the present invention device comprises a winding roller having a plate coil wound therearound; a clamp fixing and transferring the plate coil to the winding roller; a mold unit successively bending the plate coil transferred by the clamp; and a cutting unit cutting the plate coil bent by the mold unit at a predetermined length and forming an inner fin. The mold unit includes an upper mold repeatedly moving up and down, a lower mold moving side to side to form the shape of the inner fin, and a guide hook guiding the inner fin bent by the mold unit to the cutting unit. The manufacturing device of an inner fin according to the present invention manufactures an inner fin having a wave shape to obtain a wide surface area, thereby improving thermal efficiency of an exhaust gas recirculation device and allows the inner fin to have a stable curved surface compared with conventional inner fins, thereby having an excellent regeneration rate by preventing waste from being collected on the inner fin and extending a service life of a product. |
