The invention relates to chemical industry. Mass for the preparation of granulated adsorbent contains, weight %: synthetic zeolite X – 60-69, clay – 10-15, cellulose with size of particles less than 60 µm – 4-8, hydroxyapatite with size of particles to 0.05 µm – 10-20, broken glass with size of particles less than 56 µm – 1-3. The use of the invention will allow preparing granulated adsorbent of increased strength and with wide range of porosity, providing increased diffusion of adsorption substances to active sites of the material.
