The present invention relates to a method for molding powder cosmetics and a device thereof, which are to mold a pattern on the surface of powder cosmetics. The conventional method has problems such as an unclear pattern and a deformed or damaged container because of forming a pattern by pressing a carved unit on the surface of powder cosmetics filled in a container. To solve the above problems, the method for molding powder cosmetics comprises as follows: a mold supplying process (S10) which supplies a mold to a rotating table; a charging process (S20) which charges a fixed amount of powder cosmetics at a time in the mold supplied to the rotating table; a filling process (S40) which sufficiently fills the inner side of the mold with the charging powder cosmetics; a grid supplying process (S50) which supplies a grid to the upper part of the mold; and a discharging process (S60) which discharges the powder cosmetics inside the mold to the inside of a container. In addition, the device for molding powder cosmetics comprises: a mold supplying unit which supplies a hollow mold (20) to a rotating table (60); a charging unit which charges previously mixed powder cosmetics (30) into the inside of the mold (20); a vacuum adsorbing unit which unfolds the mold (20) in order to completely fill the powder cosmetics (30); a vibration generating unit which applies vibration to the mold (20) in order to remove bubbles inside the powder cosmetics (30) for sufficient charging; a grid supplying unit which supplies a grid (40) to the top of the powder cosmetics (30); and a discharging unit which discharges the powder cosmetics (30) inside the mold (20) to the inside of a container (50). |
