According to the present invention, a hydraulic shock absorber having a bypass valve comprises a cylinder which has a space for accommodating oil in the cylinder; a piston which penetrates one side of the cylinder, inserted and installed to be reciprocated along the inner space of cylinder, and reciprocates as an aircraft door opens and closes; and the bypass valve prepared at other side of the cylinder, and includes a bypass fluid passage for flowing the oil of the cylinder between both inner spaces of the cylinder divided by the piston, wherein the bypass valve comprises a valve body which has a space therein and includes first and second oil flowing holes communicated to the both inner spaces of the cylinder, respectively; an end cap inserted into the valve body to shield an upper end of the valve body; a supporting unit which penetrates one side of the end cap and installed with a screw type to be rotated and to be reciprocated along the inner space of the end cap; and a plunger which is prepared at lower end of the end cap, is installed and penetrates to separate the supporting unit, has a control oil fluid passage with the supporting unit, and controls the distance with the end cap according to the reciprocation of the supporting unit to restrict the amount of the oil flow in the bypass valve. The upper end of the supporting unit is exposed to the outside to rotate and to control the supporting unit easily when the control of amount of oil flow is required. |
