METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FORMABLE HOT-ROLLED STEEL HAVING EXCELLENT ANTI-FLUTING AND THE HOT-ROLLED STEEL BY THE SAME METHOD

PURPOSE: A formable hot-rolled steel sheet with excellent fluting resistance and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to add boron of steel components to an ultra low carbon sheet and to optimize cooing conditions and short blasting conditions, thereby obtaining good painting efficiency and preventing processing errors at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a formable hot-rolled steel sheet with excellent fluting resistance is as follows. A short ball of which the size is 0.10-0.40mm is short-blasted on the surface of the hot-rolled steel sheet including carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, nitrogen, and boron at a speed of 40-65 m/sec in a direction of the thickness of the hot-rolled steel sheet.
