The present invention relates to a system for automatically controlling a carbon emission building. An objective of the present invention is to provide a system for automatically controlling a carbon emission building, which is capable of detecting a carbon emission quantity without installing a carbon emission meter for measuring a carbon emission quantity and of automatically controlling the quantity of carbon emitted from a building at a constant degree or less. Thus, a system for automatically controlling a carbon emission building according to the present invention includes a carbon emission apparatus which is installed to at least one place in a building to be operated, consumes at least one of electric power, gas and oil, and detects an amount of consumed power or a degree of temperature while the power, gas or oil is consumed; and a control unit which is installed to at least one place in a building to be operated, receives the amount of consumed power or the degree of temperature from the carbon emission apparatus, detects a carbon emission quantity corresponding to the amount of consumed power or the degree of temperature, and controls the carbon emission apparatus by applying a weight to the carbon emission quantity when the detected carbon emission quantity is equal to or greater than a preset target value. |
