PURPOSE: An environmental converter molten steel series temperature measuring apparatus and a method are provided to solve the optical path distortion by the thermal transformation while the continuous temperature measuring work of the molten steel and the optical path blockage problem due to the nozzle blocking due to the absorption of foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: An environmental converter molten steel series temperature measuring apparatus is comprised of an external protecting tube (110), an internal optic system (120), and a temperature detection unit. The external protecting tube of the hollow continuously measures the molten steel temperature of the converter. A closing end unit, which contacts with the molten steel side of inside the converter, is formed in a front end unit and is installed by penetrating the converter. The inner optic system is prepared inside the external protecting tube. The temperature detection unit comprises an optical fiber which detects the condensed optical signal in the inner optic system. |
