The present invention relates to a method and a device for providing a member who is joined in a domestic transportation card service with an oversea transportation card service. The method, for providing a member who is joined in a domestic transportation card service with an oversea transportation card service, according to the present invention includes the steps of receiving, from a mobile terminal of a domestic transportation card member, an oversea roaming transportation service request including domestic transportation card information; and transmitting, to the mobile terminal, a card number of an oversea roaming transportation card available in an area to be roamed or in a roaming area of the mobile terminal and information of currency exchange balance which is exchanged into a currency unit of the area to be roamed or the roaming area, wherein the card number of the oversea roaming transportation card and the information of the currency exchange balance are recorded in an oversea roaming transportation card applet of the mobile terminal. |
