a binder resin; 0.2% by weight to 7.0% by weight of europium; 0.02% by weight to 0.7% by weight of bismuth; and an element selected from tin and titanium,
whereinthe europium and bismuth are contained a complex selected from the group consisting of a YVO4:Eu,Bi complex, a Y2O3:Eu,Bi complex, and a Y2OS:Eu,Bi complex, andthe transparent electrostatic charge image developing toner satisfies the following formula:
3≦A/C:≦20where:A is a content (% by weight) of the europium in the toner that is measured by X-ray fluorescence analysis, andC is a content (% by weight) of the element selected from tin and titanium in a toner cross-section that is measured by transmission electron microscope enemy dispersive X-ray analysis.
