1. An intramuscular or subcutaneous depot formulation comprising iloperidone and a biodegradable, biocompatible polymer,
wherein the depot formulation is in the form of microparticles, wherein the formulation includes from 50 percent to 90 percent iloperidone by weight, wherein the formulation, following a single intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, provides an effective treatment amount of iloperidone over a period of over about 2 weeks and up to about 6 weeks, and wherein the polymer is a polylactide-co-glycolide. |
