The present invention relates to: a water-soluble fluorescent conjugated polymer compound having an ionic group; a water-soluble fluorescent conjugated polymer-fibrinogen aggregate using interaction of fibrinogen; and a method for selective detection of thrombin in a solution using the same. In particular, the water-soluble fluorescent conjugated polymer compound having an ionic group forms an aggregate with fibrinogen, and a fluorescent color of the polymer compound of a fluorescent sensor is changed according to the density of thrombin. |
