The invention relates to physics and engineering of millimeter and sub-millimeter range of electromagnetic spectrum, in particular to the problem of registration of radiation in those ranges, and can be used in the production of discrete and multi-element lines and matrices of receivers of radiation (wavelength λ=0.1-). A millimeter and sub-millimeter wave receiver includes a sensitive element arranged as epitaxial thin film of material CdHgTe, wherein 0.17≤x≤0.3, applied to a monocrystalline semiconductor substrate with current contacts and bias circuit. Additionally it includes a substrate with relative dielectric permittivity of tgδ≤0.01 and thickness h≤0.4 mm, whereon antenna with bias circuit connected to it is placed, and the antenna is connected to the current contacts of the sensitive element by the method of back mounting. The technical result is in increase of sensitivity of the receiver, reduction of prime cost and simplification of the production technology. |
