The present invention relates to an aluminum silicate-based blue phosphor, a method for preparing the same and a light-emitting device using the same, and more specifically, to a (Sr1-xMex)Al2Si2O8:CeyEuzLiωphosphor, a method for preparing the same and a light-emitting device using the same. The phosphor according to the present invention absorbs lights of 250-400 nm in ultraviolet region having high excitation efficiency and exhibits emission properties in 400-650 nm region. The luminance of the phosphor is increased, and the luminance properties of the phosphor are stable at high temperatures. Thus, the phosphor may be usefully applied in a ultraviolet excited light-emitting diode (UV-LED). |
