The present invention relates to a filter having an anti-viral function using natural extracts and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a filter having an anti-viral function using natural extracts including allicin extracted from garlic. According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a filter having an anti-viral function using natural extracts, including: a step of manufacturing a coating solution composition including allicin extracted from garlic; and a step of coating the coating solution composition on a filter member.
