The present invention relates to a spray nozzle device comprising a main body; a spray nozzle for washing a bolt by spraying sand to the bolt for a generating unit equipped inside the main body; and a rotation device equipped inside the main body to support the bolt for a generating unit and to allow the bolt for a generating unit to rotate in a circumferential direction. The present invention has an effect for effectively removing foreign materials without damaging a base material by using a high-pressure sand jet in order to remove fixed slag, foreign materials, and rust due to deterioration when a bolt for a generating unit, which is used in the poor environment of high-temperature and high-pressure for a long time, is washed and reused; remarkably reducing the fatigue, which the worker receives during the existing hand work, due to mechanized work; solving a fire risk due to the use of chemicals; improving the working environment; and increasing the stability of a generating unit. |
