A thermosetting powder paint composition for coating a pipe is provided to improve adhesion, corrosion resistance and impact resistance and to be allow it to be wetted and cured to a base by melting. A thermosetting powder paint composition for coating a pipe comprises 20-60 wt% of a bisphenol A epoxy resin as a thermosetting epoxy resin; 1-30 wt% of a novolac modified bisphenol A epoxy resin or a urethane modified bisphenol A epoxy resin; 5-15 wt% of a phenol-based curing agent; 0.1-2 wt% of an amine-based accelerating latent curing agent; 0.5-1 wt% of a curing accelerator; 10-20 wt% of a phosphate-based pigment; and 5-30 wt% of a pigment other than a phosphate-based pigment. |
