The purpose of the present invention is to maintain a stable state while increasing the weaving rate, thereby reducing impact, vibration, noise and securing stability. A heddle operating device is applied to a ribbon Jacquard loom and allows a warp to form an opening, wherein the heddle operating device comprises: main plates fixed at both left and right sides of a frame of the ribbon Jacquard loom; a pair of shedding plates positioned outside both the main plates and having the same length as the main plate; an interval maintaining bar for connecting fixing elements protruding integrally on the shedding plates, thereby maintaining the shedding plates to be in position; guide holes formed at both sides of the shedding plate in a longitudinal direction; a guide bar fixed at both sides of the main plate to protrude outwardly and thus be combined with the guide holes, thereby preventing the mobility of the shedding plate; levers fixed to the shedding plates to connect operation bars for touching an electronic control unit installed between the main plates; and driving units for receiving the power of a motor installed at the frame of the ribbon Jacquard loom to move the shedding plates upward and downward. |
