摘要 <p>A rotary anode type X-ray tube (100) having a non-evaporable getter according to the present invention includes a hollow bulb structure (110); a cathode concentration pipe module (120) mounted at the top of the bulb structure (110); a rotary anode module (130) disposed at the lower side of the cathode concentration pipe module (120); a support structure (140) to support the rotary anode module (130) and to close the open bottom portion of the bulb structure (110); a metal cylinder (150) disposed inside the bulb structure (110); and a non-evaporable getter (170) coated on a surface of the metal cylinder (150) and an inner surface of a metal bulb (111). The metal cylinder (150) is spaced apart from an inner surface of the bulb structure (110) by a first spacing distance (d1). The non-evaporable getter (170) has a porous structure formed of a material having a getter property and is coated on one surface or both surfaces of the metal cylinder (150). The present invention sufficiently represents absorption by the non-evaporable getter while high power is applied to a gas generated from a filament and a cathode concentration pipe even if normal power is directly applied upon operation of an X-ray tube, thereby preventing rapid increase of pressure due to gases and accordingly maintaining high vacuum necessary to operate the X-ray tube in a state that the X-ray tube is sealed.</p>
