PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device to which a lighting control/toning function can be added inexpensively.SOLUTION: On one substrate 2, a plurality of unit organic EL elements 11, each laminating at least a first electrode layer 3, a function layer 5 and a second electrode layer 6, are provided, a first organic EL element 20a, a second organic EL element 21a, a first organic EL element 20b, and a second organic EL element 21b are arranged in a row on the substrate 2, and the first organic EL elements 20a, 20b not adjacent to each other are connected in series electrically. Since a current can be fed to the first organic EL elements 20a, 20b and the second organic EL elements 21a, 21b by separate conductive paths, a lighting control function can be added by adjusting the amount of current. |
