PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce moire phenomenon generated in an image with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A laser microscope apparatus 100 comprises: a laser source 11 emitting a pulse laser beam having an intensity changeable so that a peak appears at a predetermined cycle; a scanner 19 scanning the pulse laser beam emitted from the laser source 11; an objective lens 25 irradiating a sample S with the pulse laser beam scanned by the scanner 19; an observation light detection unit 27 detecting a light intensity of fluorescence from the sample S generated by pulse laser beam irradiation, and photoelectrically converting the fluorescence into a light intensity signal; an image information generation unit 33 integrating the light intensity signal of the fluorescence obtained by the observation light detection unit 27 for each pixel cycle to generate image information; and a filter 31 capable of removing, from the light intensity signal, noise generated by a difference between pulse cycle of the pulse laser beam emitted from the laser source 11 and sampling cycle of the light intensity signal obtained by the observation light detection unit 27. |
