PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can easily and reliably control a startup screen and error screen of a computer to a non-display state.SOLUTION: A specific screen mask device interjectionally connected between a computer and a monitor is mounted with: a switching circuit which at least controls switching over of output and non-output of an input video signal to the monitor; and a specific screen detection circuit which detects input of a specific screen from the input video signal, and controls the switching circuit to a non-output state of the input video signal when detecting the specific screen. |
