PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake system capable of identifying a leak section while generating a brake force.SOLUTION: A brake system includes a leak generation detection unit 102 which supplies brake fluid by means of a pump 7 to a first oil passage (oil passage 11P, discharge oil passage 13P) and a second oil passage (oil passage 11S, discharge oil passage 13S); alternately drives a communication valve 23P and a communication valve 23S to be opened and closed in multiple times; and, based on the magnitude of detection values detected by a hydraulic pressure sensor 92P and a hydraulic pressure sensor 92S at the time of the open and close driving, detects generation of leak of brake fluid in the first oil passage and the second oil passage. |
