<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily protect a wire group with a hardened protector-like sheath material and to attach a clamp at a required position of the sheath material.SOLUTION: A band-shaped clamp or a substrate-shaped clamp is mounted at a required position on an outer circumferential surface of a wire group forming a wire harness. At least a part of a portion excluding the outer circumferential surface of the wire group of the wire harness and a vehicle body lock part of the clamp is then covered with an ultraviolet curing resin. Afterwards, the ultraviolet curing resin is irradiated with ultraviolet rays. In the state where the clamp is fixed at the required position, the ultraviolet curing resin is cured, and the wire harness is protected by a sheath material with the clamp.</p> |
