PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image delivery system capable of completing the capture of a sonogram image or a moving image of a new born baby without failure only by passing an IC card over a card reader one time (or patting the card reader with the IC card) in a medical facility, thus reducing the burden on medical staff when capturing the moving image.SOLUTION: A contactless IC card issued for a parturient woman in which at least an ID and a system identification code allocated to the woman is recorded, is fed into a contactless IC card reader. This starts capturing a moving image. After the capturing for a predetermined period of time, the captured moving image is uploaded in a cloud server together with the ID and a medical facility code set by a capture transmission subsystem in advance. |
