<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device for preventing an increase in weight and costs for securing insulation property.SOLUTION: A charging device for charging a battery 1 with a power from an AC power supply source comprises: a motor 50 having multiplex windings 51 and 52; a first inverter 31 connected between one winding of the multiplex windings and a battery for converting an input DC power into an AC power, and for outputting it to the motor; a second inverter 32 connected between the other winding of the multiplex windings and the battery for converting the input DC power into the AC power, and for outputting it to the motor; a circuit part 40 for improving the power factor of the AC power to be input from the AC power supply source; and a control part 100 for controlling the first inverter, the second inverter and the circuit part. In the case of charging the battery with an output power from the first inverter by using the AC power supply source, the control part smoothes the power to be supplied from the AC power supply source by using the circuit part, and outputs the power from the circuit part to the second inverter.</p> |
