PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit high seal performance by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A first case portion 1 has a groove 1.1. A second case portion 2 has a salient portion 2.1 which can be fit into the groove. A seal member 3 is accommodated in the groove 1.1, and can be compressed by the salient portion 2.1. The seal member 3 is inserted into the first case portion 1 in a tight contact manner, or integrated with the first case portion 1. The salient portion 2.1 has an edge line protrusion 2.11 which can intrude into the seal member 3 by being pressed against the seal member 3. The groove 1.1 has an inner groove portion 1.11 and a wide-width outer groove portion 1.12. The inner groove portion 1.11 has a substantially-rectangular cross section. The seal member 3 entirely covers the rectangular cross section of the inner groove portion 1.11, and is protruded into a cross section of the outer groove portion 1.12 by a protruding portion 3.1.
