PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce overlapping process for an overlapping band in a broad band reception requiring band division. ! SOLUTION: A broad band radio frequency receiver comprises: a plurality of band pass filters 41, 42, and 4n including an overlapping band between band pass filters having adjacent pass bands; A-D converters 51, 52, and 5n configured to A-D convert signals passed through the corresponding band pass filters 41 to 4n; a detection part 7 configured to detect frequency components assumed to have the same frequency, included in signals passed through two or more band pass filters 41 to 4n having different pass bands; and a processing part 6 configured to demodulate the signals A-D converted by the A-D converters 51 to 5n. The processing part 6 demodulates only a signal A-D modulated as a result of being passed through one of the band pass filters 41 to 4n, for the frequencies assumed to be the same frequency, detected by the detection part 7. !
