PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device and an order management system, capable of performing appropriate processing to the reduction of a residual amount of a battery in one of devices.SOLUTION: The processing device includes a first and a second device each including a power storage unit, a communication unit, a power supply/receiver unit and a control unit. Power supply and reception is performed between the first device and the second device bidirectionally on the basis of each power storage state in the first and second power storage units. |
