PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To designate a radiation irradiating condition, which is employed in radiotherapy, in consideration of a dose for imaging to be performed to acquire image data.SOLUTION: A radiotherapy apparatus 110 that performs radiotherapy on a therapeutic object region of a patient includes an image/imaging condition acquisition unit 5 that acquires image data of the patient which is fed from a separately provided image acquisition device prior to the radiotherapy and an imaging condition for acquisition of the image data, a dose calculation unit 8 that calculates a therapeutic dose, which is preferable to the radiotherapy, on the basis of the imaging condition, and a radiation control unit 31 that designates a radiation irradiating condition, which is employed in the radiotherapy, on the basis of a result of calculation of the therapeutic dose. |
