PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join a beam lead (conductive member) and a solder sheet temporarily and reliably.SOLUTION: Notches 40a, 40b (recess) are formed in solder fixing parts 28a, 28b for soldering a beam lead 28 and an electronic component 26. After installing the notches 40a, 40b thus formed on a solder sheet 25, the notches 40a, 40b are pressed in the thickness direction of the solder sheet 25, and the solder sheet 25 is brought into contact with the walls 41a, 41b of the notches 40a, 40b and held in place. The beam lead 28 (conductive member) to which the solder sheet 25 is joined temporarily is then arranged on the electronic component 26 and soldered. |
